Senior Director – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping the strategic vision and annual objectives of the National Business Development team.

• Spearhead the development and enhancement of the Ascension Business Development Plan.

• Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Business Development.

• Act as a primary advisor to national and market teams.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across national and market cross-functional teams to implement the Ascension Business Development Plan.

• Offer expertise in hospital and ecosystem business development growth channels, as well as network expansion.

• Aid in the establishment of new growth avenues.

• Promote the development of strategic partnerships and large-scale relationships.

• Enhance business intelligence through analytical insights, comprehensive business cases, and high-level strategic presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in a leadership/management role, OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience, including 2 years in a leadership/management role.

• At least 5 years of experience within hospitals and health systems, particularly in Strategy and/or Business Development.

• Proficiency in analytical systems and technology driven by insights, including knowledge of AI and relevant use cases.

• Strong financial understanding, including a working knowledge of channel analysis, KPIs, and performance tracking and ROI.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
