📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead a growth marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives, revenue goals, product launches, audience requirements, and market trends. Transform executive priorities and OKRs into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, channel strategies, and team-level initiatives.

• Act as the liaison between leadership and marketing execution. Infuse audience insights, brand strategy, and business context into executive discussions. Assist business leaders in understanding how storytelling, digital experiences, and brand narratives support their objectives.

• Represent marketing and communications during cross-functional discussions with Product, Sales, Business Development, Legal, Creative, Analytics, Operations, and People teams. Navigate executive relationships with assurance—aligning when necessary, pushing back when required, and advocating for your team's capabilities.

• Oversee the marketing reporting framework. Deliver performance insights to executives in a clear, decision-oriented manner. Link marketing activities to business priorities, customer behaviors, and measurable results. Collaborate with analytics and revenue teams to enhance attribution and funnel visibility.

• Directly lead, manage, and cultivate a team of specialists in social media, communications, and creative fields, including a Social Media Manager, PR & Communications Manager, and Social Media Designer. Take ownership of performance management, goal setting, feedback, and career development for your direct reports. Mentor each team member based on their strengths, growth opportunities, and career ambitions. Aid them in developing strategic thinking alongside craft skills to help them comprehend not just what to execute, but also why it is significant to the business.

• Establish the strategic direction for social media, PR/communications, and digital content. Ensure the quality, consistency, and business alignment of the work produced by your team. Supervise execution across social media, SEO, AI discovery, email, web, content, lifecycle, and campaigns.

• Formulate the strategy for organic visibility across traditional SEO, AI search, LLM discovery, and emerging answer engines. Create frameworks for content in the AI era, including topic authority, structured content, entity optimization, and answer-ready formats.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, communications, integrated marketing, content, SEO, social media, email, or related areas.

• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing multi-functional teams, including performance management, mentorship, and career development.

• Proven ability to link brand, storytelling, audience insights, and digital experiences to business outcomes—and to effectively communicate this connection to executive stakeholders.

• Proven capability to mentor, develop, and nurture specialists in social media, communications, and creative fields—helping them enhance both their craft excellence and business understanding.

• Extensive knowledge in SEO, AEO, AI discovery, social media, email, content, web, analytics, attribution, campaign strategy, and communications.

• Strong executive presence with the confidence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, safeguard team bandwidth, and assertively push back when necessary.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong judgment regarding brand reputation, compliance, executive messaging, and sensitive topics.

• Knowledge of modern SEO, AEO, LLM discovery, structured content, and digital visibility.

• Experience in fintech, home services, SaaS, energy, sustainability, financial services, or regulated industries is advantageous.
