• Build experiences, not just individual pieces.
• Every touchpoint (website, navigation, text, video, dossier) should be conceived as part of an unforgettable user experience.
• Work using prototyping and validation methodologies.
• Present daily progress to the founders and validate the vision before execution.
• Aim for zero rework due to misalignment.
• Coordinate with the internal support team (design, copy, AI) while maintaining autonomy.
• Over 8 years of experience in branding, creative direction, or art direction with a brand-focused approach.
• A portfolio showcasing brands built comprehensively, not just individual pieces (we want to see systems, not posts).
• Proven experience in building or rebranding brands with global ambition.
• Previous experience in boutique agencies, branding studios, creative consultancies, or premium studios.
• Non-negotiable skills: True ownership (does not wait for instructions, brings them).
• Authority to defend opinions while integrating feedback swiftly.
• Strategic thinking prioritized over aesthetic concerns.
• Agile work and iterative validation, without paralyzing perfectionism.
• Mastery in composition, typography, visual direction, and storytelling.
• Ability to translate brand ambition into concrete and memorable assets.
• Editorial sensitivity + experience vision + business acumen.
• Knowledge and tools: Strategic creative direction (thinking about the business).
• Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in generative AI tools: Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude, Sora, or equivalents (advanced usage, not basic).
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI for web direction.
• Full-time freelance collaboration model with a high level of autonomy.
