β’ You have experience building or influencing employer branding within a rapidly growing tech or fintech company, with measurable results to demonstrate.
β’ You possess the ability to create an EVP that truly resonates with your audience.
β’ You think in terms of audiences and communication channels rather than just job boards and advertisements.
β’ You have successfully led talent marketing campaigns from start to finish and understand the factors that drive results.
