
Senior Director, Brand and Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance Ting's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Establish and maintain our brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all platforms.
• Spearhead competitive positioning and differentiation in the InsurTech and connected home sectors.
• Collaborate with Growth and Partner Marketing to ensure brand consistency while facilitating channel-specific execution.
• Oversee the creation of strategic presentations and materials for executive, investor, and partner stakeholders.
• Work alongside the Product team to transform the roadmap into engaging narratives for customers.
• Manage product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy for Ting.
• Direct product marketing launches, feature announcements, and accompanying campaigns.
• Supervise the Ting website and collaborate with Product on the mobile app experience, focusing on messaging, structure, and conversion rates.
• Promote continuous improvement through testing and iterative processes.
• Lead creative strategy and ensure execution across brand, performance, and partner channels.
• Manage content strategy across owned channels: blog, social media, email, and educational materials.
• Oversee agency partnerships with clear briefs, accountability, and performance metrics.
• Over 10 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing leadership.
• Proven success in developing and advancing brand strategies for consumer or B2B2C products.
• Experience in leading product marketing efforts, including positioning, launches, and competitive strategies.
• Strong creative judgment with a background in directing agencies and internal creative teams.
• Experience managing website and mobile app strategies while optimizing digital experiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in managing PR agencies and executing earned media strategies.
• History of leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where definitions may be fluid.
• Familiarity with IoT, InsurTech, connected devices, or home services is advantageous.
