Senior Director, App Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with app publishers across mobile applications, streaming services, gaming, and interactive media.

• Manage a pipeline of opportunities generating $10K+ in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

• Collaborate with Heads of Monetization, Product leaders, and Engineering teams to position Aditude as an essential component of monetization infrastructure, rather than a supplementary add-on.

• Assist app publishers in accelerating their processes with streamlined teams, minimizing operational complexity, and retaining control over their monetization strategies and demand relationships.

• Align technical capabilities with product and revenue objectives to effectively translate infrastructure into measurable outcomes.

• Integrate market feedback directly into product discussions.

• Influence the evolution of our platforms to cater to app-specific use cases.

• Identify gaps and opportunities within mobile/app monetization infrastructure.

• Participate in significant app and adtech industry events.

• Cultivate relationships with senior professionals across app ecosystems.

• Contribute to Aditude's perspective on the future of app monetization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in app monetization, business development, or adtech sales.

• Extensive experience collaborating with app publishers and in-app monetization ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to close strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders.

• Knowledge of in-app bidding and monetization infrastructure, SDK environments, mobile constraints, and product-driven monetization strategies.

• Capability to sell to both product and revenue teams.

• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
