
Senior Director Analyst – Enterprise Cost & Labor Market Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze and assess the evolving labor market conditions, talent trends, and guide data collection efforts to evaluate the impact.
• Integrate proprietary and publicly available data sets to extract new insights and provide compelling, actionable written recommendations for CHROs.
• Deliver high-quality and timely peer review for research content created by Gartner team members.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing research positions on talent analytics and trends within the talent market.
• Interact with clients and prospects both virtually and in-person, offering actionable guidance on queries related to talent analytics and/or labor modeling.
• Develop and present materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Attend industry and professional association conferences as necessary.
• Actively engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions while collaborating effectively with peers in the research community.
• Serve as a mentor and coach, providing support to junior team members as needed.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in the field or industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in econometric and statistical modeling.
• Proven superior analytical skills, including the application of conceptual models and the ability to identify patterns while drawing and defending conclusions.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis to determine what actions CHROs and their teams should undertake.
• Extensive knowledge of publicly available data sets applicable to assessing hiring and labor market dynamics.
• Experience and comfort in advising and collaborating with senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation abilities; capable of engaging clients and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Ability to work independently, while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support others' workflows in a multicultural global environment.
• Proven executive presence; able to establish credibility with C-level executives and other stakeholders immediately.
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to meet tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Learning agile and skilled at navigating complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
