📋 Description

• Formulate unique Gartner viewpoints on the economic effects of AI and technological disruption across various markets, business models, and value chains.

• Collaborate with the Tech Market Economics Modelling team to transform emerging signals into influential research and thought leadership.

• Integrate economics, quantitative data, innovative data sources, and domain expertise into distinct Gartner perspectives.

• Produce insights that can sway executive decisions, industry narratives, and market discussions.

• Drive the advancement of Tech Market Economics by pinpointing significant market opportunities and research inquiries.

• Offer thought-provoking, independent insights to Gartner leadership.

• Generate innovative, engaging, and essential insights content.

• Develop thought leadership and actionable strategies addressing client needs and requests.

• Supply clients and prospects with practical advice through virtual or in-person interactions.

• Design and present materials for Gartner conferences, industry events, media appearances, and client briefings.

• Assist Gartner's sales and business development with unique market insights and executive interactions.

• Ensure high-quality and timely content peer reviews.

• Establish credibility as a recognized authority on Tech Market Economic trends.

• Represent Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies.

• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Gartner.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Uphold a client-focused approach centered on actionable insights and measurable client value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience evaluating the economic, commercial, and competitive ramifications of Agentic AI disruption across markets, products, business models, or value chains.

• Experience in synthesizing economic analysis, quantitative data, financial statements, market intelligence, and business context into distinct research, thought leadership, and strategic recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to recognize emerging economic and market trends and convert various sources of evidence into compelling executive-level narratives, research conclusions, or business insights.

• Strong judgment in assessing emerging signals, economic data, and analytical outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant industry or field experience.

• Executive presence and the capacity to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional research and writing skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

• Subject matter expertise and comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Comprehensive understanding of the global and competitive landscape within the relevant subject area.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global environment.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% as needed.
