Senior Director, AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technology to discover, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities.

• Create and sustain a comprehensive enterprise portfolio of AI use cases.

• Assist in prioritizing, scheduling, and executing initiatives within the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.

• Facilitate the transition of AI initiatives from concept and experimentation to adoption, scaling, and measurable business results.

• Work alongside AI Transformation leadership to establish and refine the AI Center of Excellence.

• Design practical frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms to ensure responsible AI adoption.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, standards, and processes.

• Oversee significant cross-functional AI transformation initiatives, detailing objectives, milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes.

• Set up metrics to monitor AI adoption, productivity, business impact, and value realization.

• Support executive evaluations of AI initiatives, including progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.

• Analyze build-versus-buy scenarios and identify suitable technologies, platforms, and strategic partnerships.

• Prepare and deliver AI transformation strategies, roadmaps, use cases, recommendations, progress updates, and business outcomes to executive leadership.

• Convert intricate AI concepts and emerging technologies into viable business opportunities.

• Facilitate decision-making among business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders.

• Advise organizational leaders on AI opportunities, adoption strategies, transformation, and value realization.

• Foster an enterprise culture centered around responsible AI adoption and experimentation.

• Identify and scale successful AI use cases, patterns, and best practices across various functions and regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, strategy, consulting, product, operations, or related fields.

• Significant experience working with AI or emerging technologies.

• Strong knowledge of AI, GenAI, automation, and emerging AI capabilities along with their practical business applications.

• Proven experience in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and executing technology or AI use cases based on business value and feasibility.

• Experience in creating executive-level presentations, recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases.

• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, and enterprise technology considerations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Advanced degree is preferred.
