This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the vision, strategy, and performance of E3n’s admissions assessment portfolio.
• Develop and uphold the strategic vision for the admissions portfolio, encompassing existing programs and future blended admissions solutions.
• Outline product roadmaps, investment priorities, and sequencing that align with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
• Assess the competitive landscape, customer requirements, and emerging trends to maintain ongoing relevance and differentiation.
• Act as the primary strategic leader responsible for launching advanced admissions solutions into the market.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product teams, Research & Innovation, Enterprise Data & Insight, technology, design, operations, and external partners.
• Specify product functionality, requirements, and business rules to inform development efforts.
• Collaborate with platform and operations teams tasked with registration, administration, and associated systems.
• Eliminate execution barriers by aligning stakeholders and addressing competing priorities.
• Review and authorize releases to ensure quality, alignment, and preparedness.
• Partner with Research & Innovation to create next-generation admissions models, constructs, and blended assessment strategies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data & Insight to investigate predictive analytics, AI-driven evaluation tools, and cross-lifecycle insights that improve decision-making.
• Monitor adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes to drive continuous enhancement.
• Oversee the financial performance of the admissions portfolio, including margin contributions and investment effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience, with at least 7+ years managing products, programs, or portfolios.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Familiarity with structured development methodologies such as Agile or similar frameworks.
• Capability to analyze business metrics and convert insights into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in educational assessment, admissions testing, or edtech environments.
• Understanding of the independent school market or enrollment processes.
• Experience managing complex product portfolios and high-stakes programs.
• Background in profit and loss responsibility or business performance management.
• Advanced degree in education, business, social sciences, or a related field.
