• Strong comprehension of the dynamics and customer needs within the pharma, biotech, and academic sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and nurturing high-performing commercial and account management teams.
• Capability to devise and implement regional go-to-market strategies and annual operating plans, which include budget and quota design.
• Experience with strategic forecasting, pipeline development, and funnel management.
• Strong business acumen, encompassing financial management and performance tracking.
• Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with senior-level customers.
• Experience in crafting and executing effective commercial strategies that enhance market share.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within matrixed organizations and collaborating across functional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% of the time.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop commercial talent.
