This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and nurture trusted relationships within the member organization.
• Establish a presence "up the chain" with senior decision-makers to impact strategy and partnership direction.
• Act as the primary point of accountability and central liaison for the member relationship.
• Develop, sustain, and implement integrated strategic account plans that align with the member’s priorities, financial drivers, and long-term goals.
• Lead a consistent executive engagement rhythm.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional Premier resources to ensure cohesive, enterprise-wide engagement.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of member strategy, including stated priorities and emerging or unmet needs.
• Responsible for the growth of existing accounts.
• Formulate and implement account-specific growth strategies.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion.
• Communicate the value delivered through Premier offerings.
• Ensure ongoing communication regarding progress toward account goals and demonstrated return on investment.
• Coordinate cross-functional Premier teams to provide integrated, enterprise-level solutions.
• Represent Premier in executive-level forums, as necessary to strengthen relationships and enhance market presence.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Expertise in executive relationship management.
• Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills.
• Proficiency in consultative sales and commercial strategy.
• Financial acumen and ability to articulate value.
• Cross-functional leadership and collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Significant experience (10 years) in account management, consulting, sales, or healthcare strategy.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Background in consultative selling and strategy development.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to articulate ROI and value.
• Experience working with C-suite of complex organizations or enterprise accounts.
