Senior Director, Account Executive Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership and a strategic vision for the operational support of essential partners.

• Develop frameworks that steer daily operations and promote enterprise-wide process enhancements.

• Act as the executive sponsor for intricate partner relationships at the C-suite level.

• Establish the comprehensive strategy for addressing operational gaps and system risks.

• Supervise the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at eliminating failure modes and ensuring compliance.

• Advocate for cross-functional transformations by collaborating with executive stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Sales.

• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for the department.

• Guide the organization through periods of growth and change with thorough training and adoption strategies.

• Engage with clients, involving approximately 25-30% travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, operations, or relationship management within the financial services or payments industry.

• At least 8 years of experience in people leadership and performance management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree is preferred.

• 12+ years of experience in account management, operations, or relationship management within the financial services or payments industry is preferred.

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with a focus on coaching leaders, organizational design, and scaling complex operational teams is preferred.

• Proven expertise in strategic planning, capability building, and managing executive-level client relationships within the South American market is preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in change management is preferred.
