Senior Digital Twin and BIM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and execute a connected digital ecosystem for a significant transportation infrastructure project.

• Lead the strategy, architecture, roadmaps, and implementation of the Digital Twin across planning, design, construction, operations, and asset management.

• Develop BIM Execution Plans that comply with ISO 19650 and model-based delivery standards.

• Establish and oversee Common Data Environments to facilitate secure, multidisciplinary information exchange.

• Integrate BIM, GIS, reality capture, IoT sensors, and asset management information into a cohesive Digital Twin platform.

• Create governance standards, workflows, data structures, and processes for information management.

• Assess software architectures and suggest scalable Digital Twin platforms.

• Mentor engineering and project teams on Digital Twin methodologies.

• Prepare executive presentations, implementation plans, and strategic recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering Digital Twin, BIM, or digital engineering solutions.

• Experience in supporting transportation or heavy civil infrastructure projects valued above $500 million.

• Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, Common Data Environments, information management, and digital delivery.

• Experience in integrating BIM with GIS, IoT, reality capture, or asset management platforms.

• Knowledge of engineering workflows throughout planning, design, construction, operations, and maintenance.

• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication abilities.
