📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships, acting as the primary contact and strategic advisor for senior stakeholders.

• Cultivate deep, enduring trust with clients by comprehensively understanding their goals, challenges, and organizational dynamics, while being a consistent and dependable partner.

• Function as a trusted digital advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing overarching vision with practical, results-oriented recommendations.

• Assist clients in making confident decisions, particularly when the path ahead is ambiguous or complex.

• Serve as both a visual and verbal storyteller, conveying insights with clarity, empathy, and strategic depth.

• Contribute to business development efforts by leading pitch narratives, proposals, and strategic frameworks, while building rapport with prospective clients during presentations.

• Convert research—both independently conducted and supplied by cross-disciplinary teams—into clear, actionable strategic deliverables, such as digital strategy recommendations, roadmaps, personas, user journeys, value propositions, information architecture, and user experience direction.

• Oversee discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments, collaborating with researchers and strategists to ensure findings manifest in clear strategic direction.

• Define strategies for websites, digital products, and experiences that align customer needs with business objectives and technological capabilities.

• Create high-impact presentations and strategic deliverables that motivate clients and provide cross-functional teams with clear guidance.

• Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, technologists, content strategists, and analysts to craft cohesive, integrated digital strategies.

• Lead teams through uncertainty by providing direction, clarifying decisions, and maintaining momentum even as details continue to change.

• Stay informed about emerging trends—particularly in AI, digital transformation, and experience strategy—while providing insights that enhance our work.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in digital strategy, client services, account management, consulting, or a related field; experience within a digital agency is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships in a services or consulting context.

• Strong knowledge of websites, UX design, information architecture, and product strategy.

• Familiarity with AI and emerging tools, along with the capacity to discuss their significance in digital strategy credibly.

• Exceptional strategic thinking complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills (both visual and verbal).

• Ability to distill research and insights into actionable strategic guidance.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Relationship-focused—committed to investing in people, not merely projects.

• Naturally inquisitive and motivated by problem-solving.

• Collaborative and human-centered in your approach to addressing challenges.

• Composed under pressure and adept at uniting teams.

• Grounded, values-driven, and capable of establishing trust swiftly.
