Senior Digital Program Manager – Non-profit Fundraising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Manage several client accounts, directing digital fundraising, advocacy, and engagement strategies across email, paid media, and online experiences.

• Create campaign strategies, oversee creative direction, develop budgets, and establish production timelines that enhance revenue and engagement.

• Communicate strategy, creative ideas, and performance insights to clients effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to execute high-quality digital campaigns within budget and deadlines.

• Track performance, modify strategies as necessary, and analyze outcomes to inform future campaigns and reporting.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to Digital Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers.

• Work in conjunction with Avalon’s paid media, production, and account teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in managing digital fundraising or digital marketing campaigns, with a preference for agency or nonprofit backgrounds.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities combined with practical execution experience.

• Proven capability to interpret digital fundraising metrics and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Familiarity with email platforms and fundraising CRMs (e.g., Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Luminate, EveryAction, Classy, Fundraise Up, etc.).

• Demonstrated project management proficiency, capable of handling multiple complex campaigns concurrently.

• Confident and engaging presence in virtual meetings and client presentations.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred but not mandatory.
