This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of a centralized training program that aligns with regulations, corporate policies, and the evolving needs of the business and compliance, in collaboration with P&W Global Trade, RTX Global Trade, and P&W HR.
• Create and implement structured learning solutions (training, Quick Reference Guides (QRG), infosheets, infosessions) to support GT compliance goals and empower the GT community.
• Manage the learning and knowledge infrastructure (Workday Learning, Tracker Tool, Catalogs, QRG lifecycle).
• Provide comprehensive training status reports to GT leadership, key stakeholders, and the GT Investigations and Disclosures team.
• Assist with change management initiatives.
• Aid in the administration of the GT internal resource and credentials management system (Compliance Resource Database).
• Support the GT Focal Program Lead on the RTX GT Focal Council.
• Develop and oversee the GT Site Lead program for GT, which includes ensuring the maintenance of site cards, issuing and tracking regular communications, and supporting the formation of Site Councils.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of global trade experience, including roles ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations; OR an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of global trade experience in similar compliance roles.
• Strong project management capabilities: managing timelines, defining deliverables, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities, particularly in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and logically structured business communications and effectively present recommendations to key stakeholders and challenging audiences.
• Experience in crafting training content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and PowerPoint, as well as deploying training within the P&W Learning Management system (Workday Learning).
• Proficient in analyzing complex information and developing easily understandable training modules.
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to collaborate with multiple business functions and internal clients.
• Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, including conducting cost/benefit analyses through processes.
• Proven leadership competencies, particularly in influential communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and customer focus while driving results.
• Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A pronounced sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
