This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Take full ownership of the OEM partner relationship, acting as the main point of contact, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ensuring that partners derive value from their collaboration with Motive.
• Foster dealer engagement and drive account expansion by formulating sales strategies and collaborating closely with the sales team on outreach initiatives at the program level.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and expansion within the OEM dealer network.
• Assess the health of program performance by identifying early risks, spotting growth potential, and providing data-backed recommendations.
• Manage daily operations to guarantee the timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, and operations teams to implement program initiatives, monitor open items, and escalate issues that require attention.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation across your portfolio, including program specifications, partner requirements, and process guides.
• Provide monthly updates and conduct quarterly business reviews for OEM partners, discussing performance, KPIs, product updates, and strategic alignment.
• Keep leadership apprised with regular updates regarding program health, successes, challenges, and upcoming plans.
• Minimum of 5 years in program management, account management, or a related client-facing role; experience in OEM or automotive sectors is preferred, with a proven record of achieving growth or adoption goals.
• Ability to manage multiple complex relationships simultaneously and influence teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of providing straightforward answers to partners while translating that feedback into actionable items for engineering teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; able to keep tasks progressing without needing prompts.
• Fully remote position with the flexibility to travel occasionally for partner meetings, QBRs, and team onsite events.
