PeopleSoft HCM Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive leadership and guidance for the project.

• Ensure the effective execution of activities managed under SAFe Agile methodologies.

• Oversee program scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.

• Supervise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives while ensuring adherence to DoD requirements.

• Report program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Facilitate cooperation among cross-functional teams within a secure environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree in Information Technology.

• Ten (10) years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM in an Intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) agency.

• PMP Certification is required.

• Proven experience in managing complex IT programs.

• Five (5) years of experience managing a portfolio of applications in a classified environment.

• Must possess an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance with either SCI or SCI eligibility.
