This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take ownership of the global e-commerce roadmap, including a prioritized backlog, business requirements, acceptance criteria, release planning, and product decisions.
• Oversee the discovery of implementation partners, conduct requirements reviews, make solution decisions, plan deliveries, manage testing, resolve defects, ensure launch readiness, and drive post-launch enhancements.
• Lead the development and launch of capabilities such as storefront, checkout, customer accounts, subscription services, promotions, payments, shipping, taxation, and localization.
• Coordinate integrations with systems like order management, commission, identity, analytics, marketing, ERP, and other enterprise solutions.
• Define experiences and rules related to customer and Brand Partner enrollment, purchasing, subscriptions, AutoShip, account management, eligibility, promotions, attribution, volume, and commission.
• Utilize customer feedback, analytics, behavioral data, and testing to identify areas of friction and enhance conversion rates, adoption, and retention.
• Establish requirements for recurring payments, payment recovery, lifecycle communications, international payments, currencies, taxation, shipping, internationalization, localization, and market-specific validation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, User Experience, regional teams, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure readiness for launch.
• Communicate progress, completed tasks, stakeholder feedback, decisions made, risks identified, and anticipated outcomes.
• Hold vendors accountable for quality assurance, delivery commitments, and agreed-upon results.
• Support the rollout across North America, Europe, China, and Japan while developing the roadmap and operating model for ongoing commerce enhancements.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in e-commerce, digital product management, product ownership, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in owning or implementing a large-scale, customer-facing e-commerce platform.
• Experience leading a customer-facing commerce implementation from requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
• Familiarity with working alongside external implementation vendors and internal development teams.
• Ability to convert business processes into requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
• Working knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, data flows, testing, reconciliation, and production support.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, prioritization, communication, and decision-making.
• Capability to connect technological decisions with customer experience, adoption, sales impact, compliance, and operational risk.
• Preferred experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, commercetools, or Adobe Commerce.
• Preferred background in direct selling, affiliate commerce, referral commerce, loyalty programs, or attribution-based business models.
• Preferred familiarity with volume attribution, sponsor or genealogy relationships, commission-impacting transactions, qualification rules, or advanced promotion configuration.
• Preferred experience with subscription commerce, AutoShip, recurring payments, international payments, taxation, shipping, localization, and multi-currency commerce.
• Preferred experience integrating commerce platforms with order management, commission, ERP, identity, customer data, data warehouse, analytics, marketing automation, or customer service systems.
• Preferred experience supporting multi-market or global commerce operations.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
