Senior Digital Platform Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated digital platforms, which includes developing roadmaps, prioritizing features, and planning their lifecycle.

• Perform ROI analyses, conduct market research, and formulate business cases for platform improvements.

• Discover avenues to enhance client experiences through digital solutions.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to facilitate campaigns and training that promote platform adoption.

• Work alongside IT, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of platform projects.

• Assist in managing vendor relationships and participate in contract evaluations and roadmap alignment.

• Track platform performance metrics and user feedback to guide enhancements.

• Communicate findings and performance metrics to key stakeholders.

• Monitor KPIs and report on progress towards strategic objectives.

• Suggest and execute process improvements that enhance efficiency and minimize friction in digital experiences.

• Create, publish, and maintain product documentation, training materials, and supplementary resources.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the designated platforms.

• Ensure that platform initiatives adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to evaluate and mitigate potential risks.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to uncover future opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, OR an associate degree with two years of college plus two (2) years of relevant work/military experience, OR four (4) years of related work/military experience.

• At least five (5) years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, project coordination, operations, or similar positions.

• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework, etc.).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.

• A strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values.

• High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to building partnerships.

• Ability to work autonomously and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Empathetic and mission-driven, with a focus on fostering relationships built on respect and compassion.

• Proven organizational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
