This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Be part of a dynamic team comprising Digital Performance Managers, Creatives, Project Managers, and Client Success Managers.
• Execute and enhance digital advertising campaigns to meet deadlines and surpass expectations.
• Evaluate campaign and platform metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Configure, deliver, quality assure, and refine technical campaigns across various platforms.
• Establish precise revenue and donation tracking to assess campaign ROI.
• Concentrate on optimizing campaign performance to achieve client objectives and maximize results.
• Offer expert guidance on digital performance and channel strategies.
• Share insights and updates through weekly reports and detailed post-campaign evaluations.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns within agency settings.
• Practical expertise in setting up conversion, revenue, and donation tracking.
• Familiarity with GA4 and Meta pixel/CAPI through Google Tag Manager.
• Methodical approach to pre-launch campaign setup, execution, and independent QA processes.
• Experience in optimizing campaign performance across paid Search, Social, and Display channels.
• Strong background in media planning, results forecasting, and audience targeting.
• Some understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Capability to deliver high-quality results independently for clients.
• Preferred experience with not-for-profit or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven track record of independently writing and implementing data layer variables and managing pixel/CAPI configurations.
• Experience overseeing comprehensive campaign QA, including UTMs, audience exclusions, pixel firing, and budget settings.
• Familiarity with integrating digital advertising campaigns with non-profit donation platforms like Raisely, Funraisin, Salesforce, or similar.
• Available from August to December.
