Senior Digital Learning, AI Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage short-form product videos, tutorials, walkthroughs, customer onboarding experiences, interactive learning modules, product-release training, role-specific learning paths, certifications, assessments, internal training materials, quick-reference guides, webinar content, event materials, and AI-enhanced multimedia resources.

• Transform intricate technical concepts into clear, visually appealing, and easily digestible educational experiences for enterprise users.

• Utilize AI tools for research, content strategy, script development, storyboarding, summarization, translation, localization, voiceover, video editing, graphic design, quiz creation, content repurposing, and knowledge extraction.

• Assess AI tools and processes to reduce production timelines and enhance content quality.

• Create refined product videos, tutorials, demonstrations, and educational materials.

• Implement AI-generated voice, captions, translations, animations, avatars, and visual effects when beneficial.

• Develop reusable templates and production benchmarks.

• Collaborate with Product, Services, Support, Engineering, Sales, and customer-facing teams.

• Gather insights from subject matter experts and translate technical discussions into customer-oriented learning materials.

• Create structured onboarding experiences, role-specific learning paths, and certification programs.

• Facilitate customer adoption and product utilization through digital enablement.

• Organize and oversee learning content within the Academy platform.

• Manage the publishing, updates, version control, and retirement of outdated content.

• Ensure content quality, branding, searchability, accessibility, and ease of navigation.

• Monitor video and course engagement, completion rates, learning path and certification progress, feedback, self-service usage, production duration, content currency, and user engagement.

• Leverage data to refine, replace, or phase out content.

• Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from concept to published experience, as a proactive individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning, content development, customer education, enablement, instructional design, multimedia production, or similar roles.

• Proven hands-on experience in creating digital learning content.

• Significant experience utilizing AI tools for content creation and productivity enhancement.

• Proficiency in producing and editing professional video content.

• Exceptional writing, scripting, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences.

• Experience collaborating directly with subject matter experts.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.

• Strong instincts for visual and content design.

• Ability to independently manage multiple content initiatives.

• Keen attention to detail and quality.

• Capacity to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced expertise in generative AI tools for writing, video, voice, translation, graphics, or learning content.

• Experience with AI video creation, synthetic voice, avatars, automated editing, or multimedia generation tools.

• Background in developing learning content for enterprise SaaS or technology products.

• Experience with AI, data, analytics, supply chain, risk management, compliance, or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with rapid video production workflows.

• Experience in creating certifications or role-based learning programs.

• Background in supporting global audiences and multilingual content.

• Experience utilizing analytics to enhance learning engagement.

• A portfolio showcasing high-quality videos, tutorials, courses, or digital learning materials.
