Senior Digital Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic consultant for intricate enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment between digital strategies and business results while fostering retention, renewals, and growth of partnerships.

• Utilize AI technologies to automate analytical processes and develop scalable, productized service offerings along with repeatable frameworks.

• Drive domain activation within key accounts, collaborating with IT and Engineering teams on Site Observability initiatives.

• Convert quantitative data into strategies for digital and omnichannel optimization, benchmarks, and customer roadmaps.

• Function as a subject matter expert in enterprise verticals and specialized use cases during critical client engagements.

• Guide and mentor consultants, lead team enablement efforts, create vertical playbooks, and disseminate domain knowledge on a global scale.

• Identify and address strategic account vulnerabilities, formulate recovery strategies, re-establish executive alignment, and safeguard renewals.

• Spearhead customer activation by enabling and operationalizing the Quantum Metric platform.

• Provide customized training, assist customers in leveraging the technology, and deliver quantitative analysis that translates insights into actionable steps.

• Oversee complex and strategic customer accounts while cultivating enduring client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive specialized domain knowledge in at least one enterprise area: Site Observability & Technical Performance, Contact & Call Center Optimization, or Internal Applications & Employee Experience.

• Proven experience collaborating with SRE, IT, and Engineering teams to monitor performance of digital experiences, client-side/API errors, and application stability.

• Background in utilizing experience data to drive call deflection, minimize Average Handle Time (AHT), and optimize omnichannel agent workflows, including Salesforce integrations.

• Capability to apply digital analytics to internal enterprise tools for workflow streamlining and enhancement of employee productivity.

• Demonstrated competence in leveraging AI technologies like Claude Code, AI CLI tools, and LLM prompts to enhance processes and automate analytical workflows.

• Strong resourcefulness, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to navigate through ambiguity independently.

• Proficient in reading, writing, interpreting, and auditing complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, management/technology consulting, or a relevant field.

• Established history of transforming complex data into business outcomes at the executive level.

• Advanced skills in analyzing large, un-aggregated quantitative datasets and tackling ambiguous, high-stakes business challenges.

• Experience serving as a trusted domain advisor and interacting with C-suite stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong executive presentation capabilities.

• Confident in facilitating strategic workshops, executive briefings, and large-group enablement sessions with over 50 participants.

• Highly proactive and collaborative when working across global accounts.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer visits, onsite enablement, executive sessions, and strategic workshops.
