Senior Digital Analyst – Healthcare Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct data analysis and produce comprehensive documentation.

• Create value stream maps and draft designs for future-state processes.

• Analyze interviews with client stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.

• Formulate recommendations and business cases for modernizing data management initiatives.

• Establish return on investment (ROI) metrics for proposed initiatives.

• Prepare executive summaries using PowerPoint and Word.

• Evaluate client documentation utilizing Excel.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI as necessary.

• Assist in current-state analysis and assess gaps between the clients’ existing and desired situations.

• Convert client requirements into strategic roadmaps for executive endorsement.

• Collaborate with assessment teams to create future-state vision statements and actionable roadmaps.

• Foster strong client relationships and work collaboratively within larger assessment teams.

• Travel may be required up to 50% depending on project needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis.

• At least 1 year of experience utilizing BI and visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in SQL programming.

• At least 1 year of experience working with databases, data lakes, or cloud applications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management, or Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.

• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake is preferred.

• Data Engineering experience is considered a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in communicating all aspects of job responsibilities and producing formal documentation/deliverables.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Superior verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• Competent client management skills.

• Experience in project management and/or software implementation is beneficial.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, based on project requirements.
