This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +34 more states.
• Assesses and enhances the execution quality of comprehensive ad campaign setups across all primary channels (Social, Search, Display, Video); predicts potential issues and initiates root cause analysis.
• Analyzes performance trends, connects them to objectives, and suggests tactical modifications.
• Manages interdependencies among team members; ensures that the overall workflow advances as intended.
• Conducts segments of client meetings with clarity and thorough preparation.
• Develops foundational coaching skills, including observation, providing feedback, and role modeling.
• Recognizes patterns in creative performance and advises on necessary adjustments.
• Anticipates resource needs and contributes to project scoping.
• Oversees the entire quality assurance (QA) process from development to finalization, approval, and launch.
• 4-5 years of experience in digital advertising, including a minimum of 2 years managing the media buying and ad implementation processes for direct response campaigns.
• Expertise in each of the following channels: programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search.
• Experience managing ads directly in Google Campaign Manager or a similar ad server.
• Familiarity with demand-side platforms such as Google Display and Video 360 (DBM), Viant, Yahoo, StackAdapt, or The Trade Desk.
• Experience in generating and reviewing detailed data reports and formulating optimization strategies.
• Proven ability to create meeting agendas that facilitate project advancement.
• Background in project managing all facets of ad implementation within a highly collaborative setting, necessitating regular communication with both junior and senior staff.
• Experience in supporting the professional growth of junior staff or interns.
• A 36-hour workweek with half-day Fridays and flexible scheduling;
