This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and securing new enterprise brand and agency clients.
• Utilize a well-established network of industry decision-makers to develop a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Execute data-driven consultative sales processes that are aligned with digital media, data targeting, and omnichannel capabilities.
• Create tailored media strategies and presentation frameworks for C-suite and senior executive audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic oversight and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal strategy and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in digital advertising, retail media networks, programmatic media, and data privacy.
• Maintain precise sales forecasting and opportunity tracking within the company CRM system.
• Engage strategically with external client decision-makers, agency partners, and internal teams across sales, strategy, product, and operations.
• Design complex commercial proposals and recommend strategies for client targeting, media planning, and campaign optimization.
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• An equivalent combination of relevant education and professional sales experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• Over 5 years of direct sales experience in digital media or AdTech/MarTech solutions.
• More than 7 years in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Proven track record of success in performance and exceeding quotas in new business acquisition.
• Established relationships with decision-makers in brand marketing and advertising agencies.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-touch consultative sales cycles from initial prospecting to contract execution.
• Profound understanding of programmatic media, Connected TV (CTV), retail media networks, consumer data graphs, and identity resolution.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
• Ability to take initiative, foresee challenges, and exercise independent judgment to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, sales intelligence platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
• Preference for candidates residing in the New England region—Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
• Business travel may be required as necessary, approximately 20–30%.
