Senior DevOps – Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and manage mission-critical infrastructure that underpins large-scale, high-load systems.

• Engage in kernel-level tuning, advanced networking, VPN stack engineering, and develop monitoring systems from scratch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Senior DevOps/Infra Engineer is required to architect, automate, and secure a high-load, globally distributed infrastructure.

• Extensive knowledge in Linux systems, networking, monitoring, VPN technologies, and techniques for traffic evasion.

• Develop and refine infrastructure architecture to guarantee stability, scalability, and high availability.

• Construct and automate CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform.

• Maintain and enhance Linux systems tailored for high-load environments.

• Configure and optimize monitoring systems such as Zabbix and Grafana.

• Manage and enhance VPN technologies, including StrongSwan, OpenVPN, and Xray.

• Analyze complex incidents, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions.

• Ensure infrastructure security through access control, firewall management, updates, and two-factor authentication (2FA).

• Collaborate effectively with development and QA teams in a distributed setting.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the team in adhering to best practices.
