Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create technical design specifications derived from functional requirements and develop and maintain applications on AWS Cloud.

• Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes.

• Automate operational tasks and set up CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.

• Evaluate options for change implementation, assessing benefits and risks, and recommend the most suitable approach with minimal guidance.

• Design and deploy infrastructure across various projects.

• Develop robust, scalable systems and enhance them over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.

• Proficiency in serverless computing, scripting, and AWS.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and AWS CDK/Terraform/CDKTF.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and database administration (preferred).

• Knowledge of Python and TypeScript.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong client interaction and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Proficient in English - As a global team, all meetings, customer calls, and business communications are conducted in English.
