Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance the overall DevOps maturity for AI/ML implementations.

• Strengthen security measures and implement standardized pipeline templates.

• Minimize friction and expedite value delivery.

• Mitigate risk and improve software quality.

• Collaborate with application engineers on AI/ML use cases.

• Onboard, provision, and strategize infrastructure, configurations, and platforms.

• Automate software delivery pipelines.

• Standardize and optimize AI enablement processes.

• Simplify release processes.

• Make informed decisions on moderately complex to complex technical issues independently.

• Define objectives and strategies for assignments with significant autonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins.

• More than 2 years of experience in building partnerships and deploying automation solutions throughout the software delivery pipeline.

• Advanced experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub, including branching strategies like GitFlow.

• Proficient with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), Helm, Argo CD, and pipeline-as-code methodologies.

• Experience in programming with Python, Shell scripting, or Ruby.

• Knowledge of Java, .NET, JavaScript, or Go for automation and tool development purposes.

• A strong desire to contribute to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred: Advanced expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Preferred: Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
