This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem in the Automotive & Mobility sector, collaborating with multi-functional partners to promote the adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
• Expedite critical workloads by showcasing innovative solutions that incorporate the core NVIDIA stack into Enterprise developer products, platforms, and workflows.
• Provide guidance on technical enablement resources—including sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools—to illustrate how technologies can address real-world challenges in Automotive & Mobility Enterprises, such as Supply Chain optimization, Factory Digitization & Automation, and Agent-supported Industrial Engineering.
• Assist partners and startups in their onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, encouraging co-innovation and the creation of cutting-edge solutions.
• Monitor, map, and oversee the developer ecosystem to uncover growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape strategies for technology adoption.
• Work collaboratively across functions with solution architects, engineering, product management, account managers, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and refine partner adoption strategies.
• Interact with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to understand objectives, address technical hurdles, and advocate for best practices for successful integrations.
• Represent and champion the technical needs and feedback of partners to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, providing actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8+ years of overall professional experience within the technology sector, focusing on software engineering, developer relations, and technical partnerships, including a minimum of 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in the Automotive (or similar) industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at prominent technology firms, Automotive ISVs, or within relevant verticals.
• Strong technical expertise in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or Automotive-specific frameworks and libraries (e.g., CAE/CAD, Factory simulation).
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Experience spearheading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.
• Proven aptitude for structuring and executing intricate technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (including sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as necessary).
