Senior Developer Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable technical consultant, leading strategic initiatives in impactful areas such as Agentic AI and Physical AI, while influencing the adoption and scaling of these capabilities.

• Grasp critical workloads of customers and provide guidance on technical enablement strategies related to NVIDIA stack integration.

• Assist partners and customers throughout their NVIDIA integration experience, promoting co-innovation and the creation of next-generation solutions.

• Identify, develop, and enhance a dynamic ecosystem of strategic partners to amplify growth opportunities, advocate for NVIDIA technologies, and monitor ecosystem trends.

• Collaborate across functions with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and refine partner adoption strategies.

• Work in close partnership with engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to clarify objectives, address technical hurdles, and establish protocols for successful integrations.

• Represent and support the technical requirements of partners, channeling feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, and offering actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS in AI, Data Science, or a computer science-related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 12+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector, including software engineering, developer relations, and technical partnerships, with a minimum of 6+ years of direct hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI.

• Expertise in industrial domains such as Financial Services (FSI), Higher Education and Research, and Energy.

• Demonstrated success in leading, collaborating, and scaling developer programs at prominent technology companies, ISVs, or relevant verticals, with a focus on Generative AI and applied machine learning.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Proven track record in structuring and executing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
