Senior Developer, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services utilizing C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

• Implement and enhance SOAP and REST APIs, adhering to best practices and versioning standards.

• Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate on the integration of various systems and services, applying software design patterns.

• Conduct code reviews and offer mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance existing solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and best practices to improve development efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production environments.

• Strong understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, with experience in database design and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with SOAP and RESTful services.

• Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization.

• Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Proactive ownership of tasks with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative team player who values collective success.

• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing requirements.

• Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure. Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
