Senior Developer, .NET / AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to a groundbreaking CI&T project within a collaborative, innovative, transformative, and multicultural setting.

• Create backend solutions utilizing C# and .NET, including RESTful APIs.

• Develop front-end solutions with React and integrate various APIs.

• Employ SOLID and KISS principles to ensure code remains modular, reusable, and straightforward.

• Utilize design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, and Builder.

• Establish and uphold automated unit and integration tests.

• Collaborate with relational databases.

• Implement Docker and docker-compose for containerization.

• Facilitate observability through logs, metrics, and tracing methods.

• Engage with distributed systems and messaging technologies.

• Review, validate, and critically assess automatically generated code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior developer, with a strong capability to read, validate, and critically evaluate automatically generated code.

• Proficient in backend development using C# and .NET (ideally .NET 8+), including the creation of RESTful APIs.

• Experience in developing front-end applications with React and integrating APIs effectively.

• Ability to implement SOLID and KISS principles to maintain modular, reusable, and simple code.

• Strong understanding of design patterns (including Factory, Strategy, Builder, among others).

• Familiarity with automated testing practices (both unit and integration testing).

• Experience working with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server).

• Knowledge of Docker and docker-compose for container management.

• Awareness of observability practices (logs, metrics, and tracing) using tools like Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.

• Experience with distributed systems and messaging solutions (such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus).

• Proficiency in English: Intermediate level.

• Nice to have: Practical experience with AI tools for software development (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, etc.).

• Nice to have: Experience in developing autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for software development.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-assisted development pipelines.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of prompt engineering and assessing the quality of AI model outputs.
