Senior Developer, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, scalable AI-driven solutions within Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, and related AI technologies.

• Construct, test, and refine Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.

• Prototype and assess emerging AI technologies for client strategic initiatives.

• Design and develop scalable, secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation.

• Utilize unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.

• Collaborate with customers to establish requirements and provide intricate solutions that integrate Salesforce and adjacent AI technologies.

• Develop using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and JavaScript.

• Work alongside project teams to convert exploratory and strategic requirements into technical solutions.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, platform best practices, and the broader AI landscape.

• Obtain and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

• Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture within Salesforce and AI communities.

• Employ AI tools and development assistants to enhance build efficiency and speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of practical Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce Apex language and coding patterns/best practices.

• Solid foundation in software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming (OOP).

• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD processes and source tracking using Git.

• Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems through REST APIs.

• Experience in developing solutions on Salesforce Data 360.

• Experience in building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.

• Practical experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging tools.

• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred: experience with Data 360 capabilities, Agentforce Agent Script, relevant Salesforce or Claude certifications, consulting or professional services delivery, LLM providers, vector databases, agent orchestration frameworks, additional Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-channel, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Claude Code or similar AI coding agents.
