Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and animate visuals for campaigns, social media content, product marketing, CRM, partnerships, and event materials.

• Transition from concept to completed, on-brand assets swiftly without requiring every decision detailed.

• Take ownership of motion design as a fundamental skill utilizing Figma and After Effects.

• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Events, and other teams that require design assistance.

• Convert business and marketing goals into clear, attractive, and instantly comprehensible designs.

• Set the benchmark for design quality across all relevant assets.

• Contribute to the development of the PrizePicks design system alongside the Art Director and Brand team.

• Ensure brand guideline consistency across all interactions.

• Create reusable templates and components.

• Investigate and incorporate contemporary design, motion, and social trends.

• Offer insights on sports and culture, advocating for improved craftsmanship.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a variety of brand, social, and campaign projects.

• Motion design expertise is essential.

• Highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent understanding of composition, layout, typography, and color theory.

• Experience working with or developing design systems.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
