📋 Description

• Create visually engaging and highly functional interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop and sustain scalable, accessible, and impactful design systems.

• Ensure visual consistency across products utilizing Figma and component libraries.

• Generate and document micro-interactions along with UI motion guidelines.

• Collaborate with UX and conceptual designers to refine wireframes and navigation structures.

• Transform client objectives into clear, research-driven design solutions.

• Represent the design team in cross-functional meetings, harmonizing strategic and experiential considerations.

• Deliver top-tier products for prominent organizations across various sectors.

• Contribute to shaping user interactions with AI technologies.

• Oversee multiple projects and workflows concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the United States or Canada.

• Availability to work occasional hours in PST.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design field, focusing on human-centered digital products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital products and platforms, including web and mobile.

• Extensive knowledge of design systems, encompassing structure, scalability, and documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple workflows and projects at the same time.

• Solid understanding of UI best practices, layout principles, and interaction design.

• Good familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

• Proficient in converting UX wireframes into production-ready UI.

• Highly skilled in Figma, including shared libraries, plugins, and design system components.

• Possess a proactive and exploratory mindset.

• Genuine enthusiasm for tackling challenging design problems.

• Capable of taking initiative and pushing tasks forward with minimal supervision.

• Skilled at translating vague or high-level client guidance into specific recommendations.

• Sharp attention to detail and strong design instincts.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
