Corporate Designer – Project Style

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated iterations of identical deliverables.

• Assess deliverables based on layout and spacing, typography, color, domain realism, and overall polish.

• Refine the most effective candidate to align with quality standards.

• Offer clear rationales linked to specific layout evidence, including alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, and density.

• Utilize design judgment on actual corporate client materials.

• Assist in training and improving AI systems by providing human expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a designer, marketing/communications professional, or knowledge-work expert.

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marketing communications.

• Proficiency in detecting subtle layout discrepancies, such as alignment issues, uneven card heights, dead space, and margin consistency.

• Capability to express design viewpoints in written form.

• Submission of a resume is required.

• Completion of the Corporate Designer calibration assessment (approximately 45 minutes).

• Currently, we are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
