Corporate Designer – Project Style

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-produced variations of identical deliverables

• Assess deliverables based on layout and spacing, typography, color, realism within the domain, and overall refinement

• Refine the most promising candidate to ensure quality reference

• Supply clear justifications linked to specific layout evidence, which includes alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, and density

• Utilize design judgment on actual corporate client materials

• Assist in training and improving AI systems through human insight

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a designer, marketing/communications professional, or knowledge work specialist

• Relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate design, agency work, or marketing communications

• Capability to detect subtle layout inconsistencies, such as alignment gaps, varying card heights, unused space, and margin discipline

• Strong design judgment pertaining to business deliverables

• Proficient in articulating design assessments in written form

• Focus on presentation quality in addition to content

• Submit a resume

• Complete the approximately 45-minute Corporate Designer calibration assessment

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor
