Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and edit videos for social media and paid traffic campaigns, ensuring visual quality, strategic alignment, and timely deliveries.

• Design and optimize Landing Pages focusing on conversion, usability, quality, and performance.

• Develop static pieces for social media, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to each client's visual identity.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align requests, validate guidelines, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Request adjustments to briefings whenever necessary to ensure clarity and direction for the projects.

• Monitor references, benchmarks, and design trends related to the dentistry niche, applying best practices in all deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Designer in an agency or digital marketing consultancy.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience in editing short videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.

• Background in creating both social media pieces and paid advertisements.

• Mastery of editing rhythm, cuts, color grading, and audio treatment.

• Knowledge of typography, composition, and visual identity.

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with organization and agility.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative profile, with flexibility to handle multiple demands.

• Must have a personal computer with suitable specifications for video editing.

• Strong organizational skills and commitment to deadlines.

• Higher education in progress or completed in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or related fields is a plus.

• Prior design experience in the Dentistry sector is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Elementor Pro or GreatPages is a plus.

• Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Motion Design is a plus.

• Experience in a marketing agency is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Gather is an advantage.
