Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform strategic briefs into engaging, insight-driven creative concepts for marketing and content projects.

• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and creative leadership to generate innovative ideas.

• Create designs for social media, digital platforms, video, print, out-of-home (OOH), and internal communications.

• Oversee the complete development of social content, from concept creation to design, light production, and editing.

• Implement platform-specific best practices and adhere to technical requirements.

• Utilize research, testing insights, and performance metrics to refine concepts and enhance creative effectiveness.

• Produce assets for consumer testing and integrate feedback into final deliverables.

• Clearly present work, articulate strategic reasoning, and respond positively to feedback.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring creative possibilities for Humana.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

• Foster a creative culture through constructive feedback, mentoring, and critique.

• Utilize emerging tools, including GenAI, for brainstorming, iteration, and production.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Advertising, or a related creative discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional design experience, with a significant emphasis on content.

• A portfolio showcasing concept-driven, multi-channel creative work aligned with strategic briefs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Proficiency in Adobe Firefly.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and ADA compliance.

• Strong skills in presentation and storytelling.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.

• Ability to adhere to a process calendar.

• Experience thriving in collaborative, hybrid, or remote team environments.

• Proficient in using a Mac.

• A link to a website or PDF portfolio must be included with the application.

• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

• Capability to work from a dedicated space without interruptions to safeguard PHI/HIPAA information.

• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
