This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance projects, processes, and pipelines for visual elements across premium live broadcasts.
• Oversee organization, resource allocation, and prioritization for live event graphics packages and studio design systems.
• Manage overlapping production schedules for several major events.
• Handle line-item project production, monitor creative deliverables at the artist level, and oversee technology and production budgets.
• Create workflows for technical playout requirements and real-time broadcast assets.
• Lead on-site graphics integration from remote production trucks, managing real-time modifications and troubleshooting.
• Act as the operational liaison for internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Safeguard the design process by providing artists with the necessary time, space, and clear guidelines.
• Travel monthly to national and international live events in the US, including during holidays.
• Over 10 years of experience leading creative production teams and collaborating with design leadership in prominent live sports or entertainment settings.
• Extensive operational understanding of traditional sports broadcasting, studio environments, and real-time graphics playout systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing technical pipelines, budgets, and contractual relationships with high-profile external partners.
• Proven track record in executing major live events both domestically and internationally.
• Exceptional communication skills for navigating complex corporate structures and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for events and manage on-site production teams.
• In-depth technical expertise in broadcast graphics within real-time remote environments.
• Familiarity with live remote trucks and workflows and terminology used in studio control rooms.
• Capability to manage intricate creative budgets, vendor contracts, and resource distribution.
• An ego-free leadership style, receptiveness to honest feedback, and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
