Senior Design Expert – Paid AI Design Research Study

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a compensated AI design research study with a prominent technology firm.

• Participate in structured, recorded remote sessions to observe how expert designers tackle challenges, assess craftsmanship, and evaluate readiness for launch.

• Depending on suitability, either take on the role of the design expert being interviewed or conduct the interview yourself.

• Allocate approximately 4–5 hours for each task/interview, which includes preparation and a brief review afterward.

• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at training and enhancing AI systems.

• Provide a portfolio for fit evaluation; submitted portfolios will not be utilized for model training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive design experience at a senior level in product, UX, branding, or related craft disciplines.

• A distinct perspective on design quality, critique, and standards for shipping.

• Portfolio readily available for sharing, preferably through a website link.

• Work must be publicly shareable; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-protected material is permitted.

• Ability to function as an independent contractor is essential.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be supported.
