⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a portfolio showcasing work that reflects both engineering excellence and design insight.

• Has served as the technical lead on complex projects involving numerous stakeholders, demonstrating a proven track record of success.

• Holds a profound understanding of HTML and CSS as creative tools, beyond mere layout functions.

• Is well-versed in the web animation ecosystem — from CSS transitions to GSAP and the Web Animations API — and can identify the appropriate tool for each challenge.

• Is skilled in React and Next.js, especially in contexts that require content-heavy, pre-rendered marketing solutions.

• Has experience in working with and expanding a design system, with practical insights on when to utilize existing elements versus creating new ones.

• Has collaborated closely with brand designers or creative directors in past positions and understands how to navigate strong design perspectives.

• Values performance as an integral part of craftsmanship: a slow or lagging interaction is not just a technical issue, but a design shortcoming.

• Is familiar with DatoCMS or a similar headless CMS.
