Senior Desenvolvedora Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain applications and APIs using Python.

• Define straightforward, scalable, and secure technical solutions.

• Engage in integrations with internal systems, partners, and external services.

• Participate in data modeling and the evolution of relational and non-relational databases.

• Support architectural decisions, code organization, and development standards.

• Create and maintain automated tests.

• Conduct code reviews and assist the technical development of the team.

• Monitor production applications, analyzing logs, metrics, and incidents.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containers, and deployment in cloud environments.

• Participate in refinements, estimations, and solution definitions with Product and QA.

• Focus on the continuous improvement of performance, security, and application quality.

• Document APIs, technical decisions, and relevant workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with Python and backend application development.

• Experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

• Experience in creating and consuming REST APIs.

• Knowledge of software architecture, best practices, and design patterns.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.

• Familiarity with Redis, queues, or asynchronous processing.

• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.

• Proficiency with Git and code review processes.

• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.

• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud services, preferably AWS.

• Experience with observability, logs, and application monitoring.

• Ability to work autonomously through all stages of development.
