Senior Desarrollador Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using NodeJS and frameworks such as Express, Fastify, and/or NestJS.

• Apply design patterns and principles such as Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event Sourcing, and CQRS.

• Design and implement integrations and asynchronous processes using RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and/or Google Pub/Sub.

• Model, query, and optimize persistence utilizing MongoDB and Redis.

• Deploy and operate services on AWS and/or GCP using containers and Kubernetes.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and ArgoCD.

• Manage source code using Git, participate in code reviews, and promote technical standards.

• Analyze incidents, technical debt, and improvement opportunities to optimize the performance, stability, and evolution of platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing with NodeJS.

• Experience with Express, Fastify, and/or NestJS.

• Knowledge and experience with MongoDB and Redis.

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP, particularly with containers and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge and application of DDD, Event Sourcing, and CQRS.

• Experience with RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and/or Google Pub/Sub.

• Proficient in Git and best practices for version control.

• Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins and/or ArgoCD.

• Sufficient seniority to work independently and participate in technical decision-making.

• Desirable: knowledge of serverless architectures or services.
