This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the success for strategic private-sector accounts in North America.
• Validate customer success metrics and develop 30/60/90-day success plans utilizing AI.
• Safeguard gross revenue retention by proactively managing churn risks.
• Recognize and validate expansion opportunities as CSQLs in collaboration with Account Directors to enhance net revenue retention.
• Create QBR and executive briefing materials leveraging AI, followed by refinement using sound judgment.
• Monitor customer health and usage indicators daily to spot risks and opportunities.
• Develop reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows for Deployment Strategists.
• Compile customer feedback from calls and tickets into structured insights for Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Work in conjunction with Product and Engineering teams to address bugs and ensure customer feedback is communicated effectively.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to crypto enterprises, financial institutions, and fintech companies.
• Engage in asynchronous collaboration via Slack, written documentation, customer syncs, health syncs, pod calls, and QBRs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs, in compliance, investigative, or customer-facing roles.
• Practical experience in financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance research, case work, drafting, analysis, account planning, and reporting.
• Proven history of managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving retention and expansion initiatives.
• Capability to create reusable AI-assisted workflows and templates.
• Ability to clearly communicate intricate technical and investigative concepts to analysts and senior executives.
• Availability during core North America business hours.
• Willingness and capability to engage in occasional off-hours monitoring for P0/P1 customer issues.
• Readiness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trainings, QBRs, or events across North America.
