• The Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) – Online Demand Generation Senior Specialist plays a vital role in supporting CBIZ’s National Marketing team by creating and implementing integrated, data-driven campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage targeted audiences, and generate revenue opportunities.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Online Demand Generation, this position collaborates with Content, Creative, Digital, National Marketing, and COE Project Management to strategize and execute campaign plans in Asana, optimize buyer engagement, and assess performance throughout the customer journey.
• Top of Funnel Marketing (25%) Inbound Lead Generation - Develop, implement, and utilize web forms, landing pages, emails, and additional strategies aimed at capturing new leads to nurture until they are sales-ready.
• Outbound Lead Generation - Conceptualize, create, coordinate, and execute multi-touch account-based marketing, email campaigns, paid advertising, and social selling initiatives designed to engage existing leads and convert them into opportunities for the Sales Team.
• Account-Based Marketing - Design hyper-targeted, account-based marketing campaigns focused on driving revenue, enhancing recognition, and building relationships within prioritized accounts.
• Middle of Funnel Marketing (25%) Sales & Marketing Operations - Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth handoff of leads to the Sales Team.
• Customer Journey - Construct, manage, and consistently evaluate key customer journeys based on lead sources.
• Identify ongoing improvement opportunities within each customer journey, from initial awareness through conversion to advocacy.
• 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert.
• Must hold current required licenses and certifications relevant to the field of expertise.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
