This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive ShareGate's acquisition strategy by formulating and implementing approaches across paid media, AI-driven search (SEO and AEO), integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization to create a qualified pipeline, opportunities, and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Take ownership of acquisition performance by predicting pipeline, assessing funnel performance, pinpointing conversion levers, and collaborating with Sales and RevOps to enhance revenue.
• Oversee demand planning and the execution of integrated campaigns alongside Content, Brand & Identity, Web, Customer Marketing, PR, and GTM Development teams to achieve measurable business results.
• Manage demand generation budgets by channel allocation, optimizing marketing expenditures, and scaling impactful programs.
• Incorporate AI into campaign planning, search optimization, reporting, workflow automation, and performance evaluation.
• Foster a data-driven culture focused on accountability, experimentation, forecasting, and operational excellence.
• Lead a team of marketing specialists dedicated to paid acquisition and SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with Content, Brand & Identity, Web, Customer Marketing, PR, GTM Development, Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships teams.
• Over 8 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing for B2B SaaS, with accountability for pipeline and revenue goals.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, AEO, integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in pipeline forecasting, marketing performance assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing a budget exceeding CAD 1M.
• Cross-functional experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships teams.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in executive-level presentations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate performance metrics into clear business recommendations.
• A builder mindset characterized by a proactive approach, ownership, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for campaigns, search, reporting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
• Preferred: experience in marketing to enterprise IT buyers—especially Microsoft 365 administrators—or expertise in IT operations, governance, or cybersecurity.
