This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that lead to qualified leads, pipeline development, and revenue enhancement.
• Take charge of the entire campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across digital, field, partner, and content marketing channels.
• Develop and oversee full-funnel programs aimed at supporting lead acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and customer expansion goals.
• Regularly test and refine messaging, audience segmentation, channels, and overall campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Establish lead management processes and service level agreements (SLAs) between Marketing and Sales teams.
• Track campaign impact on pipeline generation, sales velocity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
• Discover opportunities to enhance lead quality and the overall performance of the funnel.
• Support and implement account-based marketing programs targeting key accounts and buying committees.
• Work together with Sales to identify target account lists, buying personas, and engagement strategies.
• Leverage ABM platforms and intent data to boost account engagement and pipeline development.
• Oversee campaign execution via marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Maintain campaign attribution models and reporting structures.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and executive reports on essential demand generation metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline marketing positions.
• Demonstrated success in a B2B SaaS setting, with a proven record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Strong background in developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Practical experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
• Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, marketing attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams and revenue organizations.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 10–20% for business purposes, including conferences, customer events, and team meetings.
